CCLC Mission Statement

The goal of CCLC is to create and maintain an atmosphere of safety, love, nurturing, comfort, and trust where children ages two to five years of age can grow spiritually, socially, physically, emotionally and intellectually.

We believe that children are gifts from God and special in his eyes. We believe every child has gifts and talents they are born with, and it’s our job as care providers to nurture these gifts, and foster their growth by providing a stimulating atmosphere filled with encouragement and opportunity. We believe in teaching and modeling Godly characteristics such as love, patience, joy, goodness, kindness, self-control, peace and meekness.
CCLC Preschool is a private sector preschool, therefore we are allowed the ability to draw from several different child development theorists and theories that we believe are beneficial. This has allowed CCLC to create a more diverse atmosphere and develop closer personal relationships with our children and families. We believe that children are each independently special and it is important to meet each child’s independent needs and allow them to grow and develop at their own pace. Not only are Kindergarten readiness skills taught, but respect, patience, manners, and all attributes that will help young children grow into students ready and excited to learn at school, and life.
